These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of WodiPrints’ custom printing services, website, and related offerings. By placing an order, uploading artwork, or using our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Service

By using our printing service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
•  You have the legal rights to the artwork or files you submit
•  You understand that production begins only after payment confirmation

 2. Artwork & File Submission

Customers are responsible for the following:

A. File Quality

• Submitting high resolution files
• Ensuring artwork is correct, complete, and print-ready
• Providing correct sizing and dimensions

WodiPrints is not responsible for print quality issues arising from low quality, blurry, or improperly sized files.

B. Copyright Ownership

By uploading any file, you confirm that:

• You own the rights, or
•  You have permission to print the artwork

We reserve the right to reject any design we believe:

• Violates copyright laws
• Contains hate speech, pornography, or harmful messaging
• Conflicts with our company values

3. Colour Accuracy Notice

WodiPrints uses advanced colour reproduction technology, but:

• Colours may vary slightly between screen display and final print
• Minor colour variations are not considered defects

We guarantee professional quality printing, but not perfect colour matching across all screens and devices.

4. Order Processing & Turnaround Time

Production begins only after:

• Payment has been confirmed
• Artwork has been approved where required

Turnaround time may vary depending on:

• Order size
• Design complexity
•  Material availability
• Production capacity

We will notify you promptly if there are any unexpected delays.

 5. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required before printing begins
•  Payment methods accepted: Bank Transfer, Online Payment
• No refunds once printing has started  please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details

6. Shipping, Pickup & Delivery

We offer:

• Local pickup
• Local delivery
•  Nationwide shipping (charges apply)

WodiPrints is not liable for delays caused by:

• Courier services
• -Weather conditions
•  Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

Once an order leaves our facility, responsibility passes to the courier.

7. Reprints, Corrections & Claims

You may request a reprint if:

• The product received is significantly different from what was ordered
•  There is a major printing error caused by our team

Reprint eligibility does not apply to:

•  Low quality user-submitted files
• Minor colour variations
•  Incorrect details provided by the customer
• Customer-made design or typographical mistakes

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order. Supporting evidence such as photos or video may be required.

 8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to upload or request prints that include:

• Copyrighted materials without permission
•  Defamatory, hateful, or harmful content
•  Explicit or pornographic materials
• Anything that violates national or international laws

WodiPrints reserves the right to refuse any order that conflicts with our policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

WodiPrints is not responsible for:

• Losses caused by shipping delays
•  Errors resulting from customer submitted files
•  Misuse of printed designs
•  Loss of profits, business interruption, or indirect damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

10. Modification of Services

WodiPrints may update prices, services, and processes without prior notice. Any changes will apply to new orders only.

11. Privacy Protection

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We maintain strict confidentiality of your artwork and all customer details.

 12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Your Country/State. Any disputes will be resolved within the appropriate jurisdiction.
