How Order Tracking Works

1. Place Your Order

Once your order is confirmed, our team begins preparing your products for production.

2. Production

Your products are professionally printed, branded and quality checked before dispatch.

3. Dispatch

As soon as your order leaves our facility, we’ll email your tracking number and delivery confirmation.

4. Track Your Delivery

Use your tracking number to follow your parcel’s journey until it arrives at your chosen delivery address.

Where Can I Find My Tracking Number?

Your tracking number will be sent to the email address used when placing your order.

If you have created a WodiPrints account, you may also be able to view your recent orders and shipment updates from your account dashboard.

Haven’t Received Your Tracking Email?

Before contacting us, please:

• Check your Spam or Junk folder.
• Allow a little extra time if your order is still within the production timeframe.
• Confirm that the email address used during checkout is correct.

If you still can’t locate your tracking information, our team will be happy to assist you.

Tracking Status Not Updating?

Tracking information may take a few hours to appear after your parcel has been collected by the courier.

If your tracking hasn’t updated after 24 hours, please contact our customer support team and we’ll investigate the issue for you.
